Commercial

The extensive capabilities of our product range allow us to offer specific solutions for the hospitality and commercial sectors. We work with; hotels, Gastro Pubs, Restaurants, Retail, and Commercial Office developments to create bespoke outdoor covered areas for additional seated capacity, entertainment spaces and much more. Both our collection of Pergola systems and outdoor kitchens can significantly enhance the overall guest experience and provide added value to your business. Here’s how these elements can be beneficial in commercial applications:

  1. Enhanced Dining Experience:
Retractable roof spaces create an alfresco experience like no other, being able to open and close the roof space provides an open-air space in the warm summer months to add ventilation and as well as shading. In the winter you then have a heater, a weatherproof environment to seat additional guests often with panoramic views on all sides. Additionally, our outdoor kitchens allow commercial establishments to expand their dining options by offering beach club-style alfresco dining experiences. Guests can enjoy meals cooked right in front of them in a scenic outdoor setting, whether it’s a poolside restaurant, rooftop bar, or garden café, enhancing their overall dining experience.
  2. Versatile Event Spaces:
A covered, ventilated and versatile space can be utilised for various events and occasions allowing you to increase capacity for larger bookings. From weddings and corporate gatherings to private parties and special events, these outdoor areas offer flexible settings that can accommodate different group sizes and preferences.
  3. Increased Revenue Potential:
Increased capacity directly increases revenue. Creating a weather-tight outdoor dining area increases year-round capacity with the added benefit of it being more appealing during warmer summer months when guests prefer to sit outside. This allows your business to capitalise on seasonal demand and cater to guests’ preferences for outdoor dining experiences. We have seen clients increase capacity by more than 30% and recoup a return on investment in under a year depending on their setup.
  4. USP:
A well-designed outdoor entertainment experience makes your business stand out. During the summer the most popular places are the ones with the best outdoor experience. We can integrate lighting, heating and speakers allowing you to create the perfect atmosphere for sunset drinks to all-day beach party vibes, all of which sets you apart from your competitors.
  5. Planning Permission:
Due to the nature of our pergola systems, they are demountable and can be removed if required. This is a key factor when applying for planning permission, especially in city environments where planning restrictions tend to be stricter. We are lucky in the UK to have a large collection of listed properties of which a lot are used for hospitality/commercial applications. The listed nature impacts the ability to make additions or changes to the property, to assist with this we designed fixing solutions which don’t materially impact the building. Additionally, we have recently released a Regency style cladding option which helps our systems to blend in and be more in keeping with the historic nature of the building. We can assist with planning applications however we recommend checking with your local planning authority for advice on your new outdoor space first.

    Project Management

    Our experienced team provides full project management to ensure your project meets your requirements, time constraints and allocated budget. We provide a turnkey solution, the main stages of your project will be;

    Design

Our team is happy to work off-plan and from scratch, all we require from you is; dimensions, required features and an idea of what you want to create to get the ball rolling. From this, we will put a concept proposal and quotation. Once agreed we create detailed plans for the project which will outline the specific fixing/foundation requirements, electrical loading plans and if required detailed 3D renderings all of which can be submitted for planning permission if required. We will liaise directly with your architects, interior designer, building contractors, and landscape contractors to ensure all parties are on the same page and to minimise the work required by yourself.

    Manufacturing

This takes place with our partners in their purpose-built manufacturing facilities. Quality control is ensured throughout the process and we allocate a couple of days should any defects arise such as profiles requiring re-powder coating if the finish isn’t up to standard. Once completed we ship your project to our storage facility in the UK pending start on site, this way we have everything ready to go. During the manufacturing window, it is the best time to undertake any foundation preparations, this minimises downtime for your outdoor area.

    Installation

All installation work is undertaken via our trained technicians to ensure quality control to our standards, we will bring in specialists for electrical and waterproofing works outside of the pergola or kitchen itself. If the project is part of a larger development such as an office build we will insist we install it towards the end of the project timeline when landscaping works are coordinated, this way it reduces the chances of the completed space being damaged by other trades. All installation work is HSE compliant.

    Commissioning

We will provide a full demonstration of your new outside area and if required a demonstration video of your specific project which can be used to train staff. Operation and Maintenance manuals are provided which include basic troubleshooting advice and warranty details. We offer maintenance and servicing packages if required. We have a 24/7 technical helpline as we understand your hospitality business works beyond normal working hours so we are on hand to provide assistance.
