A modern take on a traditional South African Braai crafted from 303 stainless steel with a double wall design to retain heat and ensure safety. Wood or charcoal fuelled ensures you add a beautifully smokey, rich taste to your food whilst creating an occasion for everyone to enjoy.

Project Management

Our experienced team provides full project management to ensure your project meets your requirements, time constraints and allocated budget. We provide a turnkey solution, the main stages of your project will be;

Design

Our team is happy to work off-plan and from scratch, all we require from you is; dimensions, required features and an idea of what you want to create to get the ball rolling. From this, we will put a concept proposal and quotation. Once agreed we create detailed plans for the project which will outline the specific fixing/foundation requirements, electrical loading plans and if required detailed 3D renderings all of which can be submitted for planning permission if required. We will liaise directly with your architects, interior designer, building contractors, and landscape contractors to ensure all parties are on the same page and to minimise the work required by yourself.

NEXT

Manufacturing

This takes place with our partners in their purpose-built manufacturing facilities. Quality control is ensured throughout the process and we allocate a couple of days should any defects arise such as profiles requiring re-powder coating if the finish isn’t up to standard. Once completed we ship your project to our storage facility in the UK pending start on site, this way we have everything ready to go. During the manufacturing window, it is the best time to undertake any foundation preparations, this minimises downtime for your outdoor area.

NEXT

Installation

All installation work is undertaken via our trained technicians to ensure quality control to our standards, we will bring in specialists for electrical and waterproofing works outside of the pergola or kitchen itself. If the project is part of a larger development such as an office build we will insist we install it towards the end of the project timeline when landscaping works are coordinated, this way it reduces the chances of the completed space being damaged by other trades. All installation work is HSE compliant.

NEXT

Commissioning

We will provide a full demonstration of your new outside area and if required a demonstration video of your specific project which can be used to train staff. Operation and Maintenance manuals are provided which include basic troubleshooting advice and warranty details. We offer maintenance and servicing packages if required. We have a 24/7 technical helpline as we understand your hospitality business works beyond normal working hours so we are on hand to provide assistance.
